I braved the heat today (ended up being a record high for Miami) to go on a hike at Long Pine Key in Everglades National Park. It was amazingly dry! I've had to dodge at least a few puddles every time I've hiked here before, but today there wasn't a drop of water to be found thanks to the ongoing drought across the state.
