I’ve not even had a pay rise myself this last 12 months. My wife has had a pay decrease since 2009 working for the police. Yet we carry on.

@TUI blaming Manchester airport baggage handlers for delays. Well it would appear other airlines have been delayed but not to the same degree. Guessing they pay for a more premium handling agent. 2 hours and counting on the delay.
