@AskVirginMoney I am having the same issue - I have emailed my details to the credit card team but have not heard anything back. Not even a response confirming receipt of my email. When is this issue going to be fixed?
@MartinSLewis can you help? given many us have @AskVirginMoney credit card based on your advice. They broke their app over a week ago meaning 1,000's of their customers are unable to use, manage or pay their bill ... customer communications non existent.
