ARTEMIS II FLIGHT READINESS REVIEW OUTCOME: GO! This 2-day process is @NASA's final big review, with thorough open discussions, reviewing challenges and how they have been addressed, and the path to resolve remaining items. Associate Administrator Amit Kshatriya asked for dissenting opinions at the end of the FRR, and according to Artemis II Mission Management Team Chair John Honeycutt, plenty of quiet time was provided, during which no dissenting opinions were voiced. At the conclusion of this FRR, all teams polled GO. The helium problem has been identified and resolved - a seal was to blame for the blockage. The flight termination system batteries have been replaced, and are actively being tested inside of the Vehicle Assembly Building. The Liquid Oxygen seals have also been replaced on the Tail Service Mast Umbilical - no issues were observed, but new seals are better than old seals I guess. The Liquid Hydrogen seals, which worked very well after being replaced after rollout last time, are NOT going to be replaced after rollout this time around, according to Honeycutt. Rollout is scheduled for March 19th, providing 13 days for pre-launch activities at Launch Complex-39B, ahead of a launch attempt NET April 1st. When asked about attempts in May and beyond, "Right now we are solely focused on April", said Lori Glaze, Acting Associate Administrator, Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate. The latest specified launch attempt remains April 30th. 📷 @_MaxQ_/@NASASpaceflight

@sentdefender "We make lots of money" Who is the we? If we are the largest producer, by far, why do *we* pay more? What happened to "America First"? Apparently, foreign oil contracts first.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump said in a post earlier on TruthSocial: “The United States is the largest Oil Producer in the World, by far, so when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money. BUT, of far greater interest and importance to me, as President, is stoping an evil Empire, Iran, from having Nuclear Weapons, and destroying the Middle East and, indeed, the World.”

We're convinced these cows north of Bodega Bay might have one of the best views in California. This capture is from the Lower Myers Grade 2 "patrol" camera, which spins 360 degrees every 2 minutes and takes 6 images each rotation.

@GovPressOffice As a moderate, I fully agree that the current administration needs to go. With that said, you need to get behind what's happening in the middle east. No more being held hostage by the mullahs/IRGC and their lackeys, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. You presidential run depends on it.

China has now built 1.2 TW of solar capacity as of the end of 2025. Assuming just a 21% solar capacity factor, that much solar could power every single home in America. This graph is even more insane than you think it is.

@EliGodfrey @Weather_West Right, mitigating circumstances, known or unknown, independent of El Nino. My whole point is, you can't say El Nino = wet. You can give probabilities, 60 or 70%, but that's not the same.

@postholer @Weather_West El Niño can vary in moisture output, but 2015 wasn't dry *because of* El Niño, it was dry because of "the Blob" - a high pressure system that was parked in the Pacific ocean for several years and caused the drought. Without that, El Niños are more likely than not to be wet.

Whew. All signs are increasingly pointing to a significant, if not strong to very strong, El Niño event. I'll have more to say in coming weeks & months, but for now I'll just say that this is increasingly likely to become a major regional-to-global climate driver in 2026-2027.

@chrishe10347730 @Weather_West ...still, California spent a fortune preparing for a wet winter in 2015 that never materialized. There doesn't seem to be a consistent *definitive* predictor, just probability. Given @Weather_West's pension for drama, that's what I'm expecting, drama. ;)

@postholer @Weather_West 2015-16 el Nino was central or “Modoki” based. The 1997 El Niño was eastern based. Eastern based are usually much wetter than central based. Many central based are very dry.
