Civilians should be evacuated and every single IRGC building should immediately be flattened without hesitation. They’ve made a huge strategic mistake tonight by sending an illegal warhead into an Israeli city. Israel has to stop playing games and take off its gloves. Enough.

Imagine the Jews being persecuted throughout the entire Middle East and Europe so an idea was birthed to go to a centralized place in the pursuit of safety that had a religious and historical connection to Judaism. Then Jews legally buy 7% of the land from Arabs for decades who sell it to them at way over market prices, and then the Arabs decide to slaughter Jews in 1920, 1921, and 1929 so the Jews say maybe we should create self defense organizations so we don’t get slaughtered again despite most of us being pretty woke lefties that just want to farm and be safe, so much so that despite killing us and losing our trust, we still want to be good neighbors and split the land with you into two countries where one didn’t exist before. Imagine the local Arabs saying no repeatedly after multiple offers were made for a state and launching a war to attack Jews and verbatim drive them into the sea, and then getting their asses kicked by a bunch of Auschwitz survivors. Then they tried again twice, and lost both times. Then the Israelis offered them a state again, and they said no and launched suicide bombing campaigns while the Israelis kept building their country. And now here we are - they keep trying to destroy, the Israelis keep trying to build, and the axis of resistance is in literal shambles and all of the top guys have fucked their people over for no other reason than militant religiously fueled radicalism. Palestinian leadership has consistently prioritized a struggle over a state and they’ve gotten it. The Israelis will continue to build, and the funny thing is, they just want those around them to do the same. But you’re too ideologically captured to recognize that.

Gold Star wife here. When ISIS killed your wife, you supported going after the people responsible. You understood exactly why we were fighting and never called it “Israel’s war.” My husband, Alan, was killed by Iranian proxies in Iraq. And now, after decades, the fight is finally leading back to the number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world. You understood it when it was your loss. Now you’re minimizing it when it’s mine. You don’t get to redefine this war just because it’s not your grief anymore.
Joe Kent@joekent16jan19

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Exactly. As long as you’re not the beneficiary, the trustee’s duty is always to the beneficiary, not the county, not the city, not whoever is sending the invoice. A properly structured trust isn’t obligated to accept offers that don’t benefit the beneficiary. That’s the whole point of fiduciary duty. 💪

You’re not alone. That’s the hidden truth of “ownership” in this system. If you really want out, put the property into a private trust and remove your name from the target list. Then when the county sends their yearly ransom note, you can respond with a polite little “no thanks, trustees don’t pay fictional debts” letter. They hate when people stop playing the game they rigged.
Governor Dill@TheGreenOldDill

Paying my property taxes today and I’m bitter. Again. Another 7% over last year. I’m practically “renting” my paid-off home from the county and if I don’t pay my taxes, they evict me and take everything. F. #Tyranny

In short, the main message is: Mercury fillings are tricky because everyday tech like lights and Wi-Fi can make them release toxins. Don't rush to remove them unless the dentist uses safe methods (like red light), and get proper testing first. If you have mercury issues, swap out bad lights at home to reduce risks. 1. Why Not Remove Mercury Fillings at a Regular Dentist? Most dentists aren't trained to handle mercury removal safely. If done wrong, it can release more mercury into your body. The author has been talking about this for 15 years (you can search their name + "Mercury resonance" to see old info). During removal, things like Wi-Fi signals or radio waves (called RF radiation) can make the mercury "leak" more from the fillings. This includes a wide range of invisible energies, from everyday wireless signals up to strong rays like gamma. To check if this is happening, use a fancy test called spectroscopy (it measures light interactions), but it's expensive. Don't rely on cheap tests like hair, urine, or saliva samples—they're not accurate. 2. The Big Risk: Light and Mercury Don't Mix Well. Mercury in your body (from fillings) can "resonate" or react with certain lights, like a receiver picking up a signal. Artificial lights in homes or offices (like fluorescent bulbs with mercury vapor or bright white LEDs) can energize mercury, making it more harmful. These lights have "high color temperatures" (they look cool and blue-ish), which is unnatural and bad for your body's natural rhythms (called chronobiology). Blue light is especially dangerous because it can reach deeper into your body's fatty tissues, where mercury hides. It can cause stress to cells in your eyes (like the RPE layer) and boost harmful particles (called ROS). Mercury vapor bulbs are like "senders" of this bad energy, and if you have mercury in your body, it acts like a "receiver." Avoid these bulbs if tests show you have mercury poisoning. Good news: You can now fix your lighting. Use "neutral" lights that aren't too blue or stimulating. Red light is safer; ask for it during dental work. 3. Why Dentist Offices Are Extra RiskyDentists use bright lights (like headlamps or office LEDs) that spike in blue wavelengths (around 435 nm). This is like pouring gas on a fire for mercury; it energizes it and could release more during removal. UV light (from the sun or some bulbs) doesn't go deep, so indoor lights aren't a huge daily worry. But in dentistry, the close-up blue lights penetrate fat layers and hit mercury hard. If you must remove fillings, do it in a red-lit room to block the bad reactions. Biological dentists (who focus on natural methods) should know this, but many don't—and they're at risk themselves from constant exposure. 4. How Mercury Harms the BodyMercury easily turns into vapor at room temperature and sticks in fatty areas. It interferes with your body's enzymes (proteins that help with energy) by binding to sulfur-containing parts, thereby lowering your overall energy production. When "charged" by light or electricity, mercury gives off specific colors in its light spectrum (like violet, blue, green, and yellow), which shows how it interacts with light in complex ways. It's rarely on the skin's surface but might build up in places like the eyes (retina). The author isn't too worried personally because of protective fats (DHA) in their eyes. 5. Other Tips from the Text Light acts like a "drug" for mercury; it's complicated because light can interact with many body proteins in good or bad ways. Avoid mercury-based bulbs and white LEDs as a simple rule. Look for lights where the "color temperature" (how warm/cool it looks) matches the actual heat it gives off, which means it's more natural. Here is a link at the end to a site about Wi-Fi health risks, which backs up the idea that wireless signals can worsen mercury release when you sit in the dentist's office to have your amalgams removed. saferemr.com/2015/09/recent…

Not everything that passes under the label "Jewish" or "Israel" is one monolithic thing. There was a man named Abraham, called by God out of Ur of the Chaldees, who became the father of Isaac, who became the father of 12 tribes that formed an ancient ethnic nation named Israel, referred to in the Bible as the Israelites. Gentiles were allowed to convert to the Judaic religion, undergo circumcision, and keep the Law. Those were called proselytes. They were not ethnic Israelites but were instead Gentile converts to the religion of Israel. Around 50 BC, according to the historian Josephus in his 'Antiquities', Herod the Great killed most of the Israelite Levite priesthood families and replaced them with families brought to Jerusalem from Babylon. While some of these newly installed priesthood families were half Israelite, many were proselytes. That is, they had converted to JUDAIC RELIGIOUS PRACTICES, but they were not themselves Israelites. These proselytes, who were not ethnic Israelites, later produced THE TALMUD, beginning about 1,200 years after Moses wrote the Torah, and 200 years following the death of Christ. The Talmud, which Orthodox and Hasidic Jews consider superior to the Torah, written by an actual prophet, is generally thought to have been compiled between 200 and 500 CE. Yes, you are fully expected to believe that THE TALMUD, produced by a lot of Babylonian Gentile converts to the Israelite religion, more than 1,000 years after Moses wrote the Torah, was transmitted ACCURATELY for 1000+ years until someone finally started writing it down. And wouldn't you know it, the Orthodox/Hasidic branches of modern Judaism hold the TALMUD over the TORAH. Have you ever read the Talmud and compared it to something a divinely inspired prophet like Moses wrote? There's some EYE-OPENING stuff in that Talmud, lemme tell ya. Now, let me COMPLICATE THIS EVEN MORE, OK? A modern nation called ISRAEL was created by a bunch of super-rich British elites, and a lot of Orthodox/Hasidic Jewish people settled there, for very understandable reasons following World War 2. And today American Christians are **deliberately taught** to conflate the ethnic Israelites from the 12 tribes Isaac fathered...with the modern secular government of Israel. Zionists formed and are the modern secular government of Israel. You have to approve, endorse, and support whatever the secular government of Israel does because if you don't, you are going against the 12 tribes descended from Isaac...or something. See how this is conflated to confuse people? Modern day Israel **MAY HAVE** some people in it who follow the Torah and not the Talmud. It **may have** some people in it who are actually descended from the 12 ethnic tribes that Isaac fathered. But the truth is...MOST of the people in the modern-day secular state of Israel, and in Israel's secular government...ARE NOT biblical Israelites. They are descendants of GENTILE proselytes from long ago, who don't even follow the Torah; they place the Talmud above it, and when the Talmud contradicts the Torah [as it often does], they go with the Talmud. Zionism is a front for British imperialism in drag. As a Christian, I'm **not called** in the New Testament to support a secular state made up of people who have supplanted the actual words of Yahweh as communicated through prophets like Moses, for the much MUCH later interpretations written down over 1,000 years later by Gentile converts trying to 'fix' Judaism to their liking. I hope this history lesson makes sense. Judaism does not equal Zionism.

This is another way to open the fascia in the face. Especially helpful for anyone that’s born with C - Section When the baby doesn’t go through the birth canal, the head won’t be compressed and therefore the fascia never opens. Which leads to a lack of blood flow to the frontal lobe, which causes problems like anxiety / adhd in the long run.
Jules Horn@juleshorn01

Most people think aging is about skin. It’s not. Your face wrinkles, droops, and holds tension because of fascia, not age. This 60-second maneuver releases deep stress patterns in your face + neck and gives you a free facelift.

Honey diet PSA: Lots of reports coming in where those who eat a high date-to-honey ratio don’t lose weight. Also those who eat rice on this diet regime in place of honey don’t seem to lose weight. Dates have 8g of (uncooked) starch per pound, and rice is starch. Having lower total starch / lower protein during honey phase seems to lead to better outcomes. Ie, more honey, maple syrup, sugar, citrus, or melon. Honey jello / honey marshmallow seems okay without excessive dates. Some dates are fine: very high in potassium, but like other starchy fruits, they can be overdone. I lost a bunch of weight with a half pound of dates and a full pound of honey, but couldn’t lose weight with a pound of dates and less honey. This has been replicated among a few individuals.
