1/ For three years I wrote about crypto under @cryptoPothu. NFTs, DeFi, on-chain analysis, whale wallets, where the money was moving. I got a lot right. I got some things badly wrong. Both taught me the same thing: how to find edges in noisy markets. I’m taking that somewhere more interesting.

Young startups do not need a DevOps specialist. A cracked senior or mid-level fullstack engineer can handle deployment, CI/CD, servers, monitoring, databases, and shipping the product. Most startups are hiring for complexity they have not encountered yet.

@IamAroke Because the dopamine is in starting, not finishing. The idea phase is fun. The ‘fix this one bug for 4 hours’ phase is not.

Why is it that most side projects are unfinished?
