We can hope for the salvation of those outside the church but they are certainly outside of the ordinary means that Christ taught us.

The gunshot was a reflex to getting unexpectedly pummeled.
Driver didn't intend to hit officer, but felt rushed because her boss commanded her to drive.

Lady put herself in that situation.
Officer purposely put himself in front of the car with the intention of creating a legal reason to pull and discharge his firearm.

People hate on 50-year mortgages citing the monthly payments are barely different from 30-year mortgages. That's true in a 6% rate environment, but if we come back down to 2% the math completely changes.

Bitcoin also made a new high today, trading above $126K. But it terms of gold, it's still about 15% below its record high. I still think it's too early for Bitcoiners to get excited about the rally. Until Bitcoin can make a new high priced in gold, it's just a bear market rally.

@SoftwarmLLC Does it have to run 24 hours to produce the $10-13? If so, it would cost ~$24 to produce ~$13 at my electric rates of ~$0.10/kWh. I think an equivalent heat pump would cost less than the $11/day difference, yeah?

This Bitcoin mining heater is a roughed in and functional install with external heat dump and thermostat control. The owner has a fixed heat demand, so this replaces existing costs.
Per day it currently produces $10-13 worth of Bitcoin. It consumes 6-10kW/hr, and provides 20-34k BTU/hr of heat to the cabin.
