That would violate SB-54. No explanation for how you save that child. James Edward Short, 3x convicted kidnap & rape, dx sexual sadist, admitted to 5 victims during the parole hearing & dozens upon dozens of attempts. 20-22yo while committing the rapes & 49yo at time of release. He was sentenced to 110 - life, I was promised he would never get out. He was released 15yrs after convicted for the kidnap and rape he inflicted on me. He had already been serving for the other 2 victims. The parole board used the Youth Offender Parole stating he was under the age of 26 at the time of the crimes. He has a long list of crimes starting at age 8 and stabbing someone at age 10.
