Raditya Dika ini smart banget. Di mana orang berlomba-lomba bikin kos-kosan, dia langsung nanya: yield berapa? Tujuan apa? Buat dibandingkan. Karena investasi ga cuma kos-kosan, ada SBN, obligasi, saham, crypto, batu akik, dkk… Simple aja, kalau bunga/yield cuma 6-9%, ada banyak tuh instrumen investasi seperti RDPU, RDPT, obligasi, deposito. Simple tapi karena kefomo, kegiring jadi ga mikir jauh 😂

5-10 tahun lagi culture ini akan berubah. Saya jamin.
Makin banyak orang gak mau nikah, yang nikah makin banyak yang cerai.
Yang menikah pun usianya makin tua, belum menikah umur 25-30 akan dianggap wajar.
So yang masih jomblo, sabar aja. Waktumu akan tiba menguasai dunia.
