@ppotter39 Hi Paula. We don't have WhatsApp as a form of contact I'm afraid, what I can suggest is asking someone back home in the UK to contact us on your behalf, or ask them to report the problem using the website.

@Plusnet my broadband/wifi has stopped working currently. I can not call or text as I am on a transatlantic cruise with no phone coverage. My house sitter needs my internet. How can I contact you without a phone network (you do not have a chat / email or reply to dms!!)

@Plusnet Sorry but that doesn’t work - it just says text or phone but as I said I’m on a cruise ship crossing the Atlantic so don’t have cellular coverage so can’t call or text!! If my housesitter calls I assume she’d fail the security checks 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I need to contact you!

Appalling service in the past 24 hours from #C2Cfestival and #axs_uk we spent a lot of money on our tickets for #C2C2018 only to find we’ve been moved from the middle at the front to the side with a terrible view. Upset, angry & appalled. What are you going to do about it?

I’ve been upset & appalled today at the unfair seat changes for the #C2C2018 at the O2 in London #AEG and #sjm need to sort this out. We spent a lot of money of our seats in the middle near the front only to find we’ve been moved to some far worse seats at the side. Disgraceful.
