@tdkarnataka I applied for a DL renewal on 27 Oct and my application status is still pending at Scrutiny stage! What do I have to do to ensure I get my renewed DL, especially after waiting for more than 6 weeks?? @blrcitytraffic

@tdkarnataka @blrcitytraffic No movement to issue the DL, they made me pay for a duplicate DL issue on visiting RTO on 3 Jan and still nothing!!

@tdkarnataka @blrcitytraffic It's been 3 days since I spoke to the officer at the given number. Application still stuck at Scrunity with caseworker1 - despite multiple phone calls, RTO office visit and follow ups!! Pls help!

@tdkarnataka @blrcitytraffic I visited the RTO on 3rd Jan even though the website clearly says not to, they made me pay again for a duplicate DL and promised it will be done by 5th Jan. Today is 13 Jan, and status quo! Is there no one who will help a citizen get their license!?

I took an online appointment at CSC e-governance centre,Jakkur,Bangalore for today at 945AM. I am told that this is not honored because systems do not work properly. Now, I stand in a queue for a token and no one to give it. I have been here since 9 am @UIDAI @GoI_MeitY

Handloom weavers across Kar earn just abt INR 200 per day. Far from basic minimum wages! They work 6-8 hours a day. Back breaking work sitting on uncomfortable seats for long hours in poorly lit rooms that are dingy & devoid of fresh air.

@ACTFibernet - is this how you treat a customer - multiple calls to customer service, emails sent to helpdesk and nodal officer, service request closed without informing the customer or even resolving the issue, 13 days since first complaint! Horrible, horrid, disgusting service
