We work with a Delhi based client. Earlier, they used to have our team of 3 (2 devs + 1 analyst) travel from Jaipur to their office in Delhi for a couple of days every fortnight. Thanks to Delhi AQI, now instead of our team visiting their office - they started visiting us in Jaipur. And they love it so much - it started with fortnight, and then they started doing it every week. Their team said it was a respite from a foggy gas chamber that Delhi has become. And today, I got a call from their CEO - 'Help us find a space to build our office in Jaipur'. The shift is real, Delhi's problem is real and people are looking at alternatives. The real question is - when will the Delhi & Central Government start doing something meaningful about it? Until then, you're welcome to Jaipur - lower AQI, less traffic, peaceful life & beautiful winters!
