I bought a Tata Tigor EV in 2022. It has clocked 36,000 km so far. In just 4 years of ownership, the car has been towed 5 times — 3 times in the last 6 months alone — all due to the same major battery issue. 1/3

The accelerator suddenly stops responding, the dashboard goes completely haywire, and the vehicle becomes undrivable. Each time, the car has spent nearly a month at the service centre. Yet there seems to be no permanent solution. 2/3

Extremely disappointed with the reliability and support. On top of that, there is practically no resale value for EVs in the current market. Requesting @TataMotors_Cars to urgently address this issue and provide a lasting resolution. #TataMotors #TigorEV 3/3

@JapanAmbIndia We went there back in May.. and we didn’t know what to get.. they were kind enough to explain very patiently and even gave us a complimentary dessert as it was our first time there.. amazing people.. ps if you can’t get reservation then try walk-in on a weekday afternoon
