As checked, the initial service was delivered on March 07, 2026, with a warranty of 10 days. At present, the case falls outside the warranty period, and hence we are unable to cover it under warranty. @AmazonHelp My return pickup (Order ID: 404-4730719-0617141) has been rescheduled/cancelled for 10 days without any attempt. No response from delivery agents. Refund shows “initiated” but no credit yet. No proper support. Very poor service. Resolve this ASAP.
