My sister booked a @NammaYatri cab today. The fare was fixed at ₹417, which was paid when the ride started. At the drop, the app glitched/was manipulated to show ₹3,650. The driver then forced an additional payment of ₹3,200, lying that it would "auto-refund."

@nammayatri I have been through worst experience on Namma Yatri app. I booked cab and was charged more than the actual fare. Nobody is responding from the service provider. #Do not use #nammayatri app.
