Why is converting existing DTH to black treated as a new connection? Being asked to disconnect current service and pay again is unfair and feels like a scam. Existing customers deserve a proper migration option, not forced re-installation. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Facing the same issue from mar30, i have cleared the pending amount asked to close the account after waiting nearly 30min via 121call , they simply closed the ticket
