Filed a complaint on May 13th with @JioCare @reliancejio Since then, the appointment has been rescheduled 3-4 times, yet nobody has turned up. Calling the customer helpline is absoultely useless, they just read a script and have no idea of ground issues.

7th day with no resolution. I again called field engineer today, he transferred the call to his senior. He said our team is coming in an hour. Guess what!!! No body turned up.. @JioCare @reliancejio you guys are a big joke!!!

Today, Customer care representative said my request was set on priority and the matter will be resolved in 8 hrs. Guess what… nobody turned up @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio This is my 3rd complaint in 3 months, with every resolution taking 3+ days. No accountability from engineers, no escalation process and nowhere to give feedback.

@JioCare Absolutely pathetic service from #JioCare. My Jio set top box hasn’t worked for 24 hours. Visit was scheduled for 10 AM. Executive showed up at 1 PM WITHOUT the replacement box, said he’d return in 30 mins. He never came back. My 30 calls ignored. Customer care useless.

Truth will come out some way or the other!

@JioCare has gone down to the lowest levels. Worst service and pathetic customer support one can possibly expect. Four service request raised since 25th November. All four service request were closed without resolving the issue. (1/2)
