My DTH stopped working 4 days back and since then i have been chasing their support team surprisingly they have absolutely no idea and access to the service center and just stalling the request. Meanwhile i am still paying everyday even though i can’t access any channel.

@dth_airtel @airtelindia is such a horrible brand, their dth provider comes in an hour if a new connection is required however if there is any repair involved they will simply ghost the customer. @TOIIndiaNews @jagograhakjago @airtelnews

@MedPlusIndia is an absolute fraud, beware of ordering anything from them. I placed an order on 23/6 and the items were missing, i raised a complaint and that’s when i realised that basically their customer support is non existent. @jagograhakjago @JagranNews @TOIIndiaNews
