@CMOfficeUP @CeoNoida Noida Auth is out of control for the last around 3 yrs. None of the officer incldng CEO is serious in resolving grievances of public. Officers remain indulged in encouraging illegal activities at the cost of public. All the IGRS are closed without solution

@CMOfficeUP @CeoNoida this is the second instance where Noida Authority expressed their inability to remove encroachment from public land citing reason that police is not providing force. Authority remains silent on initiating action against its officers for allowing encroachment

Competent authority may please take cognizance of the casual approach of the officer concerned to avoid any mishappening.

@CeoNoida @CMOfficeUP @noida_authority regret to say the vendors, unauthorised kiosks on public land are back at their respective places within an hour ofter the drive launched by officials of authority today. Apparentky these encroachers don't scared and are bold enough.

The officials of Noida Authority are reluctant to remove encroachments/unauthorised constructions whereas there is zero tolerance of UP Govt in other parts of the state. Competent authority may kindly take immediate action alongwith action against erring officials

नौएडा के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत हो रहे अवैध निर्माण को बहुत गम्भीरता से लेते हुए ऐसे अनधिकृत निर्माणों को ध्वस्त/ सीलिंग की कार्यवाही करने और भूमाफियाओं के विरूद्ध एक संयुक्त अभियान के रूप में कार्यवाही करने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश दिये हैं। इसी क्रम में प्राधिकरण द्वारा पूर्व में भी समय- समय पर अभियान चलाकर ध्वस्तीकरण/ सीलिंग की कार्यवाही की गई है। नौएडा अधिसूचित क्षेत्रो में ध्वस्तीकरण, अर्जित एवंम कब्ज़ा प्राप्त भूमि व डूब क्षेत्र की भूमि पर अतिक्रमणकर्ताओं के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करते हुए नौएडा प्राधिकरण द्वारा वर्ष- 2024-25 में कुल 215912 वर्ग मीटर एवं वर्ष- 2025-26 में कुल 2393158 वर्ग मीटर भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया गया है, जिसकी बाजारू अनुमानित कीमत रू0- 2745 करोड़ है। अवैध एवं अनाधिकृत अतिक्रमण कि गतिविधियों में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध सम्बंधित पुलिस थानों में लगभग 25 संख्यक प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट (एफ0आई0आर0) दर्ज करायी गयी। नौएडा प्राधिकरण के उन कर्मियों जिनकी संलिप्तता इस प्रकार कि गतिविधियों में पाई गयी, उनके विरुद्ध कठोर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए दंड स्वरुप जाँच संस्थित करते हुए उन्हें प्राधिकरण सेवा से अवमुक्त किया गया तथा उनका वेतन रोके जाने की कायवाही की गयी। वर्तमान में नौएडा प्राधिकरण क्षेत्र में 174 अतिक्रमणकर्ताओं के विरुद्ध 527 नोटिस जारी किये गए हैं I उक्त के अतिरिक्त प्राधिकरण द्वारा समय- समय पर विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से जनसामान्य को सचेत किया जाता है। साथ ही जनसामान्य को सचेत किये जाने हेतु साईन बोर्ड/सूचना पट्ट भी लगाये गये हैं। मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, नौएडा ने जनसामान्य को आगाह किया है कि वे नौएडा के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में काटी जा रही अनधिकृत/अवैध कॉलोनियों एवं अवैध रूप से बनाये जा रहे बहुमंजिला इमारत के कारोबार में संलिप्त भूमाफियाओं के चंगुल में न फंसे। नौएडा के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में कोई भी निर्माण पूर्णतः वर्जित है। मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, नौएडा ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को डूब क्षेत्र एवं नौएडा के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में अनधिकृत एवं अवैध निर्माणों को ध्वस्त करने हेतु अविरल गति से अभियान चलाकर प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।

Regret Minister sahib this matter has been brought to your kind notice earlier also but no action taken at your end. Rqst again to understand the problem being faced by residents and resolve the issue without further delay

@CeoNoida there has been no light in the Swastik park of block B sector 62 for the last one wk. Major part of the park remain in complete dark.Concern department is not restoring light. Due to darkness illegal activities in the park can't be over ruled Rqst your imdt intervention

@JM_Scindia server at post office sector 62 Noida most of the time remain non functional and no speedpost is accepted at least 10 days in a month. Also there is no phone in the post office to enquire about server before leaving for post office. Need your intervention

@CMOfficeUP @NandiGuptaBJP @CeoNoida regret despite repeated requests to CEO personally not to spoil or sequiz size of parks by carving out space and giving it to private parties for commercial use. CEO and his team are not giving any heed and spoiling parks of sector 62 Noida

The condition of NOIDA have been deteriorating continuously for the last two years and there is no one in the Noida Authority to listen
