@DCBBank @theniyo thnks 4 helping get d main money refunded gt credited to my account.bt cpl of things nt happy wid: 1.it took 36 days & multiple followups 2 get my failed transaction money back 2.though no transaction,inr 1000 was deducted as transaction charges

@DCBBank @theniyo still no update even after 19 days, mails to nodal office is also going unanswered,no acknowledgement.this is very poor from #dcbbank and #niyoglobal.if i have to keep on asking for an update for my money incorrectly deducted and not yet reversed so many times,its unfortunate
