@lorxell the flash can phase because he has the speedforce, a-train has nothing of such, therefore he's just a guy who can run really fast (not manipulate his physics and biology). for a time stop, a-train is limited to using heightened perception only when running, and it lags too

There are so many ways I think A-Train could have used to kill Homelander. He can phase into him like Barry Allen phase into things. Pull out his organs from inside. He can enter a time stop and inject him a lethal virus like the one used on soldier boy. Might not kill him cause of V1, but would temporarily knock him out. And kimiko would chest blast him.
