Canceled Claude max today, @bcherny whatever happened in the last 1-2 months is a significant regression.
The model feels like someone from OpenAI started working on trust and safety there. Opus thinking is significantly worse. Every statement is “here’s where I’d push back on that” and then proceeds to rattle off the most inane list of confused counter arguments.
It was perfect 3-4 months ago!!!

@claudeai I don't understand the changes in the mac app update. previously when continuously sending new messages in a session, they would seamlessly append them in its train of thought. Now, the messages just remain queued it seems

Hey @bcherny @claudeai quick feature request!! Would love to be able to name, view, easily resume previous sessions in Claude Code CLI, similar to the app, rather than having to store session IDs, and a way to group similar sessions by projects and share context between them.
Would be v useful as an engineer to have better insights on the features/projects you're working on!

We show how our system works on Tau3 bench across retail, telecom, and airline domains. Agent performance on the validation set (with a fixed underlying model, GPT5.4) improves from 0.56 → 0.78 (~40% jump in accuracy).

Today, we’re releasing a feature that allows Claude to control your computer: Mouse, keyboard, and screen, giving it the ability to use any app.
I believe this is especially useful if used with Dispatch, which allows you to remotely control Claude on your computer while you’re away.
