@DPDgroup_news useless DPD customer service and a Website that doesn't actually tell you how to make a complaint. 1 day delay in delivery - more like 10 and parcel still not coming. Great service

@SP_EnergyPeople clearly you're not there to help. 4 months on you still can't fix my stepdaughter's meter issue, that you fitted wrongly. It's not less than poor service.

Scottish Power don't deserve to be an energy supplier. They installed the wrong meter and now won't fix it. Customer service is not something they understand. #service what service

#MartinLewis can you believe Scottish Power fitted smart meter in July. Its never worked. They admit the wrong gas meter has been fitted but refuse to replace it unless off supply! Unbelievable.

@ScottishPower are the worst provider I've ever come across. Put the wrong meter in for my step daughter in July and won't replace it unless she has no gas supply. Absolutely unbelievable.

@AllyBob67 @TUIUK So @TUIUK in response to offers of help following this tweet continue to be unable to sort out refunds. Saying sorry is easy but still waiting over 70 days for refund when you told us 28 is more than poor customer service. Get your act together TUI
