@RailwaySeva @indianrail it is unfortunate that train 01434 has reached shivajinagar but is not getting clearance to reach pune station as they do not have a platform to assign. We have elderly parents with medical issues and it is hard on them. PNR-2504383346.

@Glen__India I received a defective product. We have used the hob for 5 days and only 2 burners work. Service person came to inform that the sensors are defective. I expect replacement. Not repair. Video here.

It has been close to a month. No resolution. MG should own up the defect and find a resolution for me. They are offering me to get the vehicle painted again. Are you crazy? New vehicle getting painted 2 times within 1-2 months of purchase.

@MGmotor @MGMotorIn @MGSupportIndia #donotbuyMG complaint No- 2206769. Customer care is not customer care, but customer neglect. Still waiting for resolution, every time I get a phone call, they tell me that they are escalating to resolve it in 24 hrs. It happened 6 times so far.
