@MGMotorIn don’t go to krishiv auto agencies pvt mg’s service centre as they will damage the car and don’t chose mg motors as they won’t respond or neither they will help you in your queries and will not compensate for the damages being done I m suffering and I am mental harassed

@MGMotorIn @MGSupportIndia Extremely disappointed with my MG car. Facing charging issues repeatedly — this is the 4th time in 6 months the car has gone to service. We have only one car and this ongoing issue is severely disrupting our daily life. Today, the Krishiv Auto, Malad West (Mumbai) service centre even refused to accept the car due to no appointment, despite the urgency. This is unacceptable. Poor product quality & extremely bad service experience. We are now seeking a refund/replacement and plan to move to another brand if not resolved immediately. Kindly escalate & resolve ASAP. #MGIndia #CustomerComplaint

Dear @MGMotorIn, Requesting 2 safety OTA updates: 1️⃣ Tailgate Alert: i-SMART app notification if tailgate open >2-3 min. 2️⃣ Full Child Safety Lock: Driver locks rear doors (dashboard/app) so kids can’t open from inside. My child tried once—risky! Huge for family safety! 🙏

@MGMotorIn @MGSupportIndia @anurag_mehrotra Following up on my earlier complaint — it has been over a week since the vehicle was towed on 11th March, and I am still awaiting a clear diagnosis or permanent resolution. During the last incident, we were stranded on the road at night with my wife and 2-year-old son. We had to wait for a long time before the vehicle could be towed, and there were no people around to help, which was extremely unsafe and stressful for my family. Despite multiple escalations via Pulse Hub (Ref ID: 643314) and service visits, there is still no clarity. Why is this not being treated as a priority despite multiple escalations? Given the repeated breakdowns and safety risks, I request MG Motor India to consider replacement of the vehicle and provide a definitive resolution at the earliest.

@MGMotorIn My MG Astor purchased in Nov 2023 has experienced 3 major breakdowns within just 15,000 km and the vehicle stopped suddenly while driving, creating serious safety risks for my family.The car had to be towed multiple times to the service center despite repeated repairs.Requesting urgent intervention from MG Motor India to investigate this issue and provide a permanent resolution.
