@MGSupportIndia. Very disappointing service from MG Okhla showroom. Car submitted on 17 April for minor insurance work (tyre replacement & scratch repair), but still not delivered. No proper updates or communication from the service team. Completely unacceptable experience.

Chaotic service experience @ MGMotorIn My MG Astor complaint was first diverted to the wrong dealer, then moved to Sai Shreeja, where a trade-in was marked even though the first owner only visited for an evaluation. Now it says KYC is pending, despite KYC already completed.

@MGSupportIndia such pathetic service from your Bhubaneswar service centre. They don’t have driver to pick up & delivery car. After coming here they told within 3 hr serviceing will complete but now saying it will take 4 hr.

Utterly disappointed with @MGMotorIn! Regret praising them earlier. After recent service (Ticket: 6662667), the side guard cladding was fitted so poorly that one side fell off while driving & the other is peeling off. Third-class, unprofessional work! Fix this ASAP.

@MGMotorIn Really frustrated with service. Windsor charger installed 6 month back not working. RM gives a number, that person gives another number. Service center takes complaint with no action. Everyday I call they say we have escalated. 5 days car out of charge. Bad service.
