@volkava85 @psypharmacopeia Exercise can help people feel better. Sure. But (a) it works as a temporary distraction, not a cure, and (b) not really helpful when the person you're talking to has absolutely no desire or motivation to do anything, much less hit the gym.

@psypharmacopeia If the goal is exercise isn't enough, why not say that? Framing it as a "thing that needs to die" just feeds the learned helplessness of depression. It makes the one tool people can control feel pointless. Why choose a framing that reinforces the why bother mindset?

@king21jay @Coach_Yac I always respected Shanny as a coach. This year gained respect for him as a person, compared to McVay. Before the SB he said don't ask me how to score on the Hawks, we sure didn't. OTOH McVay whined like a baby about both losses to us, saying we screwed up but got lucky.

@Coach_Yac People hold Mcvay in such high esteem like he doesn’t have Flaws, yes he has the hardware but he deserves just as much criticism as Kyle. He’s lost a Super Bowl, NFC Championship, Divisional and wildcard game. Conservative, clock management gets in his own way as well.
