I think it was around 28th or 29th April @irbishi was on commentary and he spoke about how teams are building up differently. PBKS were table toppers then and Bish spoke something very valid that though PBKS are doing well with the bat their bowlers are at the bottom of every bowling metric.. Whereas RCB looks more potent as they still have their bowling more defined You look at the point table and it comes back to make you realize the batters win you games, it's the bowlers who win you titles. That's where PBKS are bottling

Over the last two years, PBKS has seen a phenomenal rise, and even this year, the team had such a brilliant start, PBKS has let it all slip away.💔 Forget the batting and the bowling for a second - if you field this poorly at this level, you simply do not deserve a spot in the Top 4. 👎 Honestly, Shreyas Iyer is the only one who looks like he has the hunger to win. Whether it’s playing clutch knocks under pressure, taking crucial catches, or using his captaincy to drag this team to this level - a franchise that was known only for its poor performances for an entire decade. But one man can only do so much. When the rest of the squad repeatedly fails to back up his efforts with basic discipline on the field, it’s heartbreaking to watch. I love this team, but I am utterly disappointed. You can't win championships with just one leader and ten spectators.

Stan has never won against Federer outside of clay btw. Not even against washed Fed. Stan could redline & hit winners off both wings against Novak & his chip returns troubled him but given Fed's serve plus 1, the dynamics in that matchup were entirely different.
