@PrismaFrank @PrismaFi For me it’s a bit strange. If you deem LRTs too risky why offer it as a collateral at all? Who will ultimately hold $ULTRA if the collateral is risky? Or it means you have a stablecoin for degen & another for regular user? To me it is not the endgame of a stablecoin.

So @PrismaFi is unveiling $ULTRA a new stablecoin backed by LRTs. It’s probably an exact fork of Prisma design.
Not sure of the decision to not integrate directly with $mkUSD. Liquidity is hard to build and now Prisma will need to maintain liquidity for 2 stablecoins.
