@_amitbehere Not a lot, its the dominant majority not represented in movies or advertisements. If you follow Indian ads as an alien you would wonder if this is for Middle Easterners or for the subcontinent. Same goes for Hindi Cinema.

When it comes to skin color based racism, there are many societies/cultures FAR worse than Indians. Chinese, Russians, Pakistanis are all about 1000 times worse, maybe more. And so openly, casually, it's rampant in their socities. Indians are comparatively more sensitized and less assholey on this front. Maybe because we have a lot of dark Indian citizens we live around daily.

Economists were suggesting 2 steps to save the Indian economy.. First government should have to increase fuel prices otherwise it will put pressure on the fiscal deficit. They accepted and increased around 8 rupees in petrol and diesel. Second Govt should have to review or reduce STT and capital gain tax in india that will reduce Fiis selling & ultimately save our currency 💲 Finally FM has given hint to review on second points which is good 👍 @narendramodi @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia please review as soon as possible and cut STT & capital gain tax and save your government.

BJP gave inflation to the nation. Congress stands with the people through guarantees. The Central Government has increased petrol and diesel prices for the fourth time in just 11 days, pushing an unbearable burden onto ordinary citizens. While crude oil prices remain low globally, the Centre continues to loot people through excessive fuel taxes and has collected nearly ₹43 lakh crore from petrol and diesel over the last 12 years. LPG cylinder prices and essential commodity rates are also skyrocketing, making life difficult for middle class families, workers and small businesses. Today, along with AICC General Secretary Shri @rssurjewala and Chief Minister Shri @siddaramaiah, we strongly condemned this anti-people price rise at a joint press conference in KPCC. While the BJP gives the nation inflation and hardship, Congress stands with people through guarantee schemes that protect every household. We will launch massive protests across Karnataka on May 30 against the Centre’s continuous assault on common citizens. #PriceHike | #Petrol

@Sarcaztick If you include the secretly, sometimes and on-and-off non-vegetarians, then the percentage should be a lot higher. It is funny that we have so much minority appeasement here :)

Laura Loomer appears not to know this, but as a Hindu, the entire Universe, all of it, is the Divine. Going to a Church and praying to Jesus is perfectly fine and I have done it myself on many occasions. I often quote the Bible and my favorite verse is Matthew 25:40 where Jesus says: 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'" That is the call to service. What would be a sin for me as a Hindu would be to call what other people hold sacred as "Demonic", which unfortunately a Christian pastor recently did to Hindu deities. That is why Sanatana Dharma is the most tolerant spiritual system in the world. The world needs to understand the eternal Dharma, if we all have to get along.

It’s really interesting how @TulsiGabbard pretends to be a Christian. She did this at Charlie Kirk’s memorial too, if you recall. Tulsi is a lifelong Hindu. Yet nobody seems to know that. She should embrace it. This screenshot is from Tulsi Gabbard’s own YouTube channel.

When I point out the garbage on our streets, open defecation, corruption, deteriorating infrastructure, nepotism in institutions, or concerns about the rights of minorities, I get attacked. My question to my critics: Do you not think of India as your own home? If your house were dirty, neglected, or dysfunctional, would you attack the person pointing it out-or would you help fix the problem? Patriotism is not pretending problems don't exist. Patriotism is taking responsibility for solving them.

*World Iyer and Iyengar Forum - The effect of diet and spirituality on longevity.* *Vegetarian communities of Tamil origin and Palghat Brahmins mostly reach age of 95 easily in general. Some cross 100.* *Evidence: Times of India Obituary columns.* *They eat very little. Filter Coffee and butter milk constitutes main part of their food.* *Rasam, Rice, Sambhar, and one curry is their usual meal. Around 40% of them are diabetic in general, but their sugar elevations are generally marginal only and not too high.* *In the morning they take two dosas in general. In the afternoon little meal and in the night say around 8pm another meal. By 4 pm one filter coffee and by 6am another filter coffee.* *Daily walk for minimum half an hour. Chanting of/listening to Vishnu Sahasranamam or Rudhram&Chamakam every morning after bath. Half of the males do sandhyavandhanam too mandatorily.* *They are conservative when it comes to fuel/electricity usage and hence generally walk to the markets to buy vegetables/groceries often.* *They don't feel the need to show off expensive consumer goods to impress others, nor do they get impressed by them. Their investments if any would be in gold or real estate. Not to forget the humble fixed deposit!* *Stress symptoms, Cholesterol/Trigliceride elevations, Cancer, heart issues are minimal in them, due to their low salt, low oil, and healthy food. Oil we can see in Thadka or while frying papadam/fryums(may be thrice in a month). Else oil consumption on daily basis is very minimal.* *Sandwich/pizza/pasta/other forms of fast foods are all out of their menu. If they consume one of these once in a year, that can be considered a party day!!* *Major reason for the less stress atmosphere, is their spiritual inclination and ‘let go’ attitude when they face shortfalls/failures. They generally leave success and failures to God.In general they live a destitute life in Tamil Nadu where the Dravidian politics is hell bent to drive them out as did Kashmir to their Pandit counter parts*.* *But their non-confrontational attitude helps them pull on. However, they are well off in other states/abroad. Maharashtra, Gujrat, Delhi, Karnataka are the places where they get due recognition for their service and integrity to their employers.* *Their low masala/low salt/low spice food generally fails to trigger extreme anger/daily fights etc and sometimes you may find them failing to get angry even where they are supposed to. This diet coupled with high spirituality are the core reasons for their longevity.* *Proud to be a Tamizh BRAHMIN.*. Content courtesy @bgopu1973

@iyer_prasanna you must also add that they are prone to racial profiling, scant respect for people who help them, immense sense of entitlement like it's god ordained that others need to serve them. Distinct lack of broader sense of community.

The Forgotten ‘Man’ 👨‍⚖️
INDIA’S JUDICIARY: Every 3rd High Court Judge is an “Uncle” This 2010 exposé on Punjab & Haryana High Court is damning proof of deep-rooted nepotism and shameless family favoritism. Sons, nephews, wives, brothers, sisters & in-laws — all practicing as advocates in the SAME court where their relative sits as a Judge. A list of 16 such “Uncle Judges” was officially forwarded to the Union Law Ministry. Just look at this table. Clear, blatant conflict of interest. How the can justice be delivered fairly when family members argue cases before their own “Uncle”? The Law Commission and Bar Council flagged this years ago. Nothing changed. This uncle culture has destroyed public faith in the judiciary. Merit is dead. Nepotism rules. We need ruthless reforms NOW: - Ban close relatives from practicing in the same court - Mandatory public declaration of family links - Strict penalties for violations Enough is enough. The temple of justice has become a family business.

Whichever strength of the LS one takes into account (543 or 815), under the government's plan of Delimitation, the share of the five Southern states in the proportionate representation in LS will fall from about 24.3% to about 20.7% Each of the five states will also witness a decline in the proportion of its representation in the LS
