Quick reflection after being out sick for a few days: Two months ago, this channel didn’t exist. January was about building the foundation: • Setting up the studio • Creating a clear content plan • Building streaming infrastructure across X, YouTube, Kick & Twitch February was about execution: • Launching the YouTube channel • Testing livestream formats • Learning what works in real time Where things stand now: YouTube: • ~4 videos per week • Multiple daily livestreams • 30–150 views per video • Skillset improving every week Streams: • 50–200 live viewers across platforms • Strongest engagement after 1.5–2.5 hours • Still optimizing ideal time slots But what stands out most isn’t just numbers. It’s the early community forming around thoughtful NFT discussion. Seeing familiar names return. Watching conversations develop live. Collectors showing up consistently. That part is genuinely rewarding. Grateful as well for everyone who helped early on, collaborated, joined streams, and supported the vision. Next phase: • Introducing more structured stream formats - livestream schedule to be presented this week • Publishing weekly articles on NFT collectibility & NFT markets on Twitter. • More collabs with some of the most interesting names in the industry - First one this week already👀 Still early.
