6AM - GPS Tracker Recovery from Subject Vehicle - Stealth Mode Engaged. Pulled up incognito, keeping an eagle eye for any movements. Heart racing, but steel nerves activated. Every sense on high alert. Scan the surroundings for any potential onlookers. Chill, don't make it so obvious. Never telegraph intent. Pinpoint the subject vehicle. Slip silently underneath the vehicle. Frantically look for my tracker. Panic surges - Sh*!t, where the hell is it! Every second drags on, seems like an eternity. Heart pounding. Keep composure. Mind is racing - Don't get caught. Where did I put it? Did they find it? Adrenaline now at 10. Breathe. Reset. Inhale. It absolutely must be here. Recalibrate to a different vantage point. Damn, there it is. Staring right at me. It was there the entire time. Hidden in plain sight. Adrenaline got the better of me. Grab the tracker off the vehicle with lightning speed. Ghost without a trace. Burning adrenaline but cool facade like ice. Back home. Inhale deeply. We're good. Just another day.

I'm with you on this. If this kind of information is truly traceable or trackable, it raises serious privacy and security concerns. What's also striking is that he's posting this while the meeting is still actively happening, not in the USA but in Pakistan! So he can obtain live gps data of any/all cell phone carriers across the world! He's been dropping these tweets consistently for a while now, which makes the sourcing even more questionable. Think of the implications/ possibilities if this information was actually available the way that he claims…

Tony, this claim doesn’t hold up under basic scrutiny for a couple clear reasons anyone can understand: 1. Phones don’t send out 'raw GPS data' that outsiders can see or count by country. GPS is one-way: satellites send signals to your phone so it knows its location. Your phone doesn’t broadcast that info back for random tracking. 2. Spotting exactly 44 'foreign-registered' phones, with that precise breakdown, nearby at a big outdoor event would need special access to carrier records or secret tools, not something a private system can reliably do and share publicly. 3. Real operators wouldn’t keep using the same trackable phones like that. Extraordinary claims like this need clear, public evidence, not just 'our system alerted us', to hold up.

Raw GPS data shows that 44 foreign-registered cellphones were in the immediate area of Charlie Kirk on that sad day: 16 Israeli, 13 Chinese, 12 Russian, and 3 Iranian. Our system just alerted us that 4 of the 16 Israeli devices that were in Utah that day, have arrived in Islamabad last evening, at the Islamabad Serena Hotel'

The performance, speed…so fun to drive. there’s literally nothing that I don’t like about them. I highly recommend them although I still have several gas vehicles as well which I use if I have to drive for work to remote areas. If you don’t have ability to have a charger at home, then that’s actually a big downside. It would be super annoying. No oil changes, no more gas stations. It’s pretty amazing.

The best evidence shows NO DIFFERENCE between low carbohydrate and low fat diets for improvements in insulin resistance. And. This is largely explained by the weight loss itself. Low carb is not magic. Or special. Or particularly different.

@gregmushen @CoffeeBlackMD Do you alternate your diets between high fat keto and low fat / high carb? I didn’t get the impression that you are always keto, but I could be wrong.

@privateeyeguys @CoffeeBlackMD Worth going through with Grok for sure. It is a really cool system, and once you understand it, it will help explain why keto diets work for liver fat reduction, why high caloric restriction works as well.

@privateeyeguys @CoffeeBlackMD This is one of my favorite things because it shows how certain dietary inputs can impact local flux. I've written about this one a few times before. I think I have another thread on it where I go into it in more detail: x.com/gregmushen/sta…
Greg Mushen@gregmushen

All diets that reduce liver fat work by modifying on or more things in the following equation: d(IHGT)/dt = FFAin + DNL - Ox - VLDLexp Where: IHGT = liver fat FFAin = fat intake + adipose DNL = DNL Ox = oxidation VLDL = VLDL Once you know this it stops being mysterious.

There are some cases where low carb, low saturated fat will win out on reducing liver fat. A way to think about the conceptual equation is: d(IHGT)/dt = FFA_in + DNL − Ox − VLDL_export - Ketone_export 1. When insulin drops, lipolysis increases (FFA_in). 2. Low insulin + low malonyl-CoA means CPT1 is disinhibited, which makes b-oxidation ramp hard 3. b-oxidation produces a lot of acetyl-CoA, but with low carbs, oxaloacetate is limited, so not all of it can be processed 4. So instead of letting this accumulate, the liver converts them to ketones so ketone export++ You now have a) low input e.g. DNL, b) high clearance (ox + ketones) so: Clearance > incoming FFA This creates a deficit where clearance exceeds internal supply, so to make up for this deficit, it must pull from internal stores, e.g. IHGT. So: if (Ox + Ketone_export) > (FFA_in + DNL): then: d(IHGT)/dt < 0

@JayCampbell333 Because this is a 5 year old profile picture before I was diagnosed with low T and I lift more than you now. You can pubmed me for my papers on deca, PCT and a bunch of other topics. Try being more respectful. The ‘I know more than you b/c I’m bigger’ bro douche vibe is tiring.

Imagine listening to a Doctor talk about Steroids & Peptides when he is a pencil neck. I mean c’mon bruh! At least your thread is somewhat accurate. You clearly don’t use Therapeutic Testosterone nor Peptides. Why do you think you are qualified to talk about them? Honestly.
Dr. Alex Tatem@alextatem

Are peptides steroids? Are they ‘cheating’? From a doctor who prescribes steroids AND peptides. Saddle up, b/c there is a LOT to unpack here. Let’s break it down 🧵⬇️ (1/13)

Private Investigators & Surveillance – One hard rule I live by: When you pick up a new subject for the first time, DO NOT drive past their residence. Not once. Put it in your head: First pass = no drive-by. - Google Maps/Earth it - Study the layout - Park a block or two away - Walk the street if you have to - Snap the plate(s) on foot the first time - Find ideal parking spot while on foot Circling the block four times because you missed a tag and now the neighbor/subject is staring out the window? That’s how you burn a surveillance on day one. One and done. Be invisible from minute one.
