@Daykerpriest my ending- she still gets a one wish willow wish since it was the entity that made the wish, not her. as long as she words it perfectly, she can wish that everyone forgets she exists/she is never tied to the murders. then she can take ian’s money + start a new life

This is the ending I choose to believe. Nikki realizes she’ll be blamed, so she takes Ian’s money, steals his car, and disappears. To everyone else, it looks like Bear killed Sarah and Ian before taking his own life. Nikki tells the truth in the only believable way: Bear kidnapped and abused her, she escaped, and she survives. She gets therapy instead of prison, becomes a writer, and turns her trauma into the horror story that eventually becomes #Obsession.

Ngl this film had so many layers it’s great, but it’s not that deep to know Bear didn’t care ABOUT NIKKI. Whatever the hell he wanted from her it DEFINITELY wasn’t in her interest. The scene where she is begging for death and he asks what’s so bad about being with him? Sent me over the ‘well this is a sociopath’ cliff
