@Alphons63 It just seems strange to even have the urge to do this kinda thing. I see it a lot with pixel artists "redoing" old sprites. If it's just a technical exercise, fine I guess! Just rubs me the wrong way. Also pretty sure they had colour limitations on the Neogeo.

@probzz Like I said I’m not trying to fix anything! I tried hard to follow the spirit of the original piece, my focus went mainly to the technical side of things, at the time the metal slug games were created color limitations were non existent and they were going ham with the colors

@Alphons63 it's weird to do this to someone elses finished work. Like don't you think they made these choices from their heart? It seems like an anti-art thing to do. Would you make these "changes" to a piece by picasso?
