I never thought that customer service @greyfinance was this bad!

Not only is Colwill back, but Reece also looked good during his substitute appearance. Our season comes down to the FA Cup next weekend and we have ALL to play for. If we want Europe, this is our best course of action.
Having these two back is huge. Two players developed in Cobham. Two of our best players and two of our biggest leaders. Seriously, perfect timing for their returns.

@Tony4Real___ Didn't believe it the first time I tried it too, and I used a juicer.

Dear @TeamYouTube: The YouTube channel (@MohammedHijab) is abusing the copyright system to attack other channels. Here is a video clip of him giving me VERBAL CONSENT to put our discussion on my channel. After I posted it, he filed a copyright complaint. Why is this being allowed? Are people allowed to deceptively give verbal consent to post content in order to get the person a strike?

@markessien This tweet is a masterclass on wealth building!
English

One mistake Africans make when it comes to money is that they do not maintain capital. They earn money and build a house, buy a car, help people in the village, throw parties. They do not keep capital, they do not collaborate with others who have capital. Ownership of capital is how keep wealth over the long run.
If 5 people can jointly field 1bn, they can make more from the 1bn together than if they each had 200m.
Always grow your capital, and collaborate with people who also have capital so you can join deals. And never be greedy - the bigger your capital, the safer your investment target should be.
Work with the same people for long - if you know a retailer who regularly needs 10s of millions for restocking, be their capital provider over years. You too will know the business, and you will have a good sense of how at-risk your capital is. Chasing new ideas is often poor.
Many people have technical knowledge or access, but lack cash to execute - if you see them do it 2-5 times, join them on the 6th time with 10% of their need, then 20%, etc. Try to never cross 30% financing, otherwise you are taking all the risk.
Keep your capital liquid when it is small and lock up in safe, interest producing assets when it is large.
Only ever buy private homes or cars from your interest - your wealth is not your capital, it's your interest.

"Self-reflection". I like the sound of that. Identify the right coach, give him enough power that won't be beneath the SDs. Then we can have a long term manager.
Vince™@Blue_Footy
‼️As the Club works to bring stability to the Head Coach position, we will undertake a process of self-reflection to make the right long-term appointment. ~ @ChelseaFC

Past the stage of grieving now I'm genuinely feeling pity for this Man
The weight of the promotion now feels like a trap.
Lesson: Your ability must always outpace your title.
If you hurry to reach a level your competence cannot sustain, it's not success, it's a harder fall.

🚨 Liam Rosenior: “You are playing for Chelsea, I am managing Chelsea and if you can't handle that, you shouldn't be here”. “That was an unacceptable performance”. 🤯😬Full interview 👇🏽

Now where is that bloke who said Chelsea doesn't need elite managers

🚨❌ Chelsea have lost five consecutive league games without scoring a single goal for the first time in 114 years.

@Blue_Footy Are you trying to be a fan or a content creator, lol?😂
English

@markessien Fair point, but You don't become a billionaire playing solo.
English

Peter Obi may be personally good, but so far I have not seen any hint that he knows how to build a great team around him. I am not criticizing him. But he really seems to be a solo-player, and does not have that critical "person evaluation" skill.
His most important hire right now should be that person who can see through people and really build a strong team.
Not everyone has the same strengths or weaknesses, and he should plug his weaknesses with really strong people.
English

✍️ Let me say this one more time (even though it won't stop anyone from believing otherwise), after all, "I'm a paid agent". 😉
Just be open minded for me.
This period is very difficult for every Chelsea fan. Changing the coach mid-season is always risky. Most of us asked for it, now we are living with the consequences.
However, I maintain that this owners don't have bad intentions, execution is what has let them down and that's mostly down to the SDs who make most of these decisions. Of course, it's the owners that hired them, so they can share the blame.
But, I personally don't blame people when they make mistakes from good intentions. That's me as a person. This club needed restructuring before they came in. Roman didn't build a sporting structure that would survive FFP and PSR era, legally. I won't go into the club's limitations, but we needed a structure that is financially sustainable and competitive on the pitch.
Look at PSG's model. They changed from Roman's kind of model to our current kind of model, the difference is execution and principles. If we had experienced SDs, that won't make too many mistakes, we won't be far from PSG.
If we say, Chelsea owners are wrong, then PSG owners are equally wrong. Both sporting structures are very similar. Where we shot ourselves on the foot was not recognising EARLY that without established, stable and experienced players it won't work.
We were too stubborn to realise it earlier. However, rebuilding a football club isn't simple, because it's mostly based on the appointments you made, whether they fit in or not. And those appointments bringing in the right players. You can't predict it. And one mistake, could take two years to correct.
Example: Monchi was immense at Sevilla in his first spell as Sporting Director, when he went back and Sevilla were struggling, everyone thought, yeah that's the man that knew the club and nothing could go wrong but surprisingly, it went awfully wrong and he left.
What I'm trying to say is, every appointment in football carries some percentage of uncertainty, it's never 100/100. So, you have two options: change or make corrections. It seems our owners are taking the second route. I don't see anything wrong in trusting people and fixing mistakes, you could eventually mould an outstanding individual. It's the same with coaches and players but you have to be patient with them. It takes time.
At the moment, it seems everyone is learning on the job at Chelsea; the SDs, owners, head coach and players. I believe we aren't far away from our objectives. We made the UCL, won the Conference League and CWC last season, but injuries, lack of preseason rest, which also affected PSG and our inability to make the right decisions in the summer made this season difficult. Maresca leaving was the icing on the sour cake.
I expected the chaos if Maresca leaves. It's not that easy to find a tactical balance with a young and inexperienced squad. I don't want to judge Rosenior yet. It's premature. He has made his own mistakes too but he wasn't a bad coach at Strasbourg, the difference is Chelsea is higher level, more scrutinised and more pressure.
I will wait and see how he handles this run to the end of the season and how he manages the summer rebuild before passing judgement on him.
My point is, if the club is open to tweaking the squad and bringing in more established and stable players from the Premier League, it could be enough to make us a stable team that can fight for titles, because make no mistakes, we still have a good core of top level players. It's not like we are starting from zero.
It's okay to be angry, I'm also angry but while it's hard to understand and fathom, I rather hold on to the light. We just made poor decisions this season and if we learn from it, this team will be back up very soon.
Like I said before, how we handle this summer will tell me if we are ready to compete or if we'll remain jokers.
This summer is MAKE or BREAK‼️

@ADUOLUWATOPE Awesome one Tope! I sent you a DM could you take a look please

Someone met me here on twitter last year, I helped her restructure her portfolio, told her to add a few name. A month later after my Q3 result analysis, I told her the portfolio will hit 100m by Q1 2026, but she did not believe!
Today, she sent me her portfolio results. 100m Naira achieved!
Well, you owe me a magnum! You know yourself 😊

English

@ADUOLUWATOPE Thank you, how do you build a solid foundation for someone who had a lucky break and earns about 4-5 million per month in dollars.
English

Fix your finances first, and a lot of other things tend to fall into place…
It sounds simple, but it’s a powerful principle.
Lifestyle creep can quietly erode your progress if you’re not intentional. As income grows, it’s tempting to upgrade everything but real stability comes from building a solid financial base first. Think of it as creating a cushion that can protect you before taking on bigger expenses or lifestyle changes.
Personally, my earnings have improved over time, but I’ve tried to stay disciplined and avoid rushing into major upgrades. Not because I can’t but because I understand the value of building first.
One thing that has helped me along the way is developing confidence in who I am early on. When you’re secure in yourself, there’s less pressure to prove anything through spending or appearances.
You don’t have to rush the process. Avoid getting caught up in identity trap, pressure or expectations. Focus on building your financial foundation and everything else can follow from there.
Wishing you and your family a blessed and joyful Easter. 🫶

@CFCMJordan "we have arguably the best attack in Europe imo on ability alone."
I applaud your delusion😂😂
English

Liam Rosenior has started playing in the way Maresca witheld from doing because of the defenders he had.
I do believe Maresca would have been more adventurous with our playing style had he had faith in our defenders. He sacrificed attacking freedom for overall stability.
Rosenior has come in and decided he wants attackers to thrive. I don't blame him, we have arguably the best attack in Europe imo on ability alone. However, what does that help if we concede a goal every time the opponents has possession of the ball?
Best attack in Europe. Worst defence in Europe.
I will never change my stance that the project with the transfer strategy and general ambitions is a really, really good one. However, execution of it needs to take a significant step up in the defensive department because right now we have an attack plugging holes in the sinking boat and defenders making new ones.

There ends the Maresca vs Rosenoir debate.

Enzo Maresca NEVER conceded 5 goals as a Chelsea manager.

@Blue_Footy You are so dishonest, how was that over confidence, the goal keeper had it coming since the first half.
