We decided for protected PCI with Impella support, sonographically guided puncture of femoral vein and artery, 7F sheath,2 Proglide, change to 14F sheath for impella single access PCI RCA, LM/LAD/RCX in TAP-Technique, RIM POBA with good final results. Impella successfully removed

EuroSCORE II 9,67%. The patient has a shunt in his left arm, so we were cautious about radial and chose the femoral approach.

Could you elaborate on „multi morbidity“? Don’t know why the surgeons declined him. BTW, why did you go for primary femoral approach? What kind of NSTEMI is it (type 2)? I can’t see a clear culprit lesion, although anterior wall hypokinetic.
