How do you allow Russia to attack you ? By saying 'Please attack us, Russia' Or 'Dear Russia, if you attack us we promise not to make any attempt to defend ourselves' Or 'How much would we have to pay you to persuade you to attack us?' Trump is clearly out of his mind But don't worry. He's only the President of the United States...

If this is an accurate report, it is very, very alarming.
Bronwyn Millar@gingerhaderach

Our child got a phone age 11, in 2020 when she was SO lonely and isolated. We'd just moved countries and the local kids were being shits. Within 10 days she "came out" trans. We didn't know WTF was going on but when the school found out they sent us for mandatory "counselling". The 2 psychs (wearing masks on zoom) spoke with such thick Cork accents we didn't understand most of it. They then asked to speak to her alone. I listened at the door. They didn't even ask about the horrible bullying the local kids had put her through, and she spent 15 mins saying "pardon" because she couldn't understand them. Then they told us she was trans and we had to affirm or she would khs. Sent us breastbinding info and sent our GP a letter telling him to refer us to the gender clinic. They put our name down for some bizarre "Big brother" type programme where an adult trans person, a total stranger, with no clinical training, was going to pick her up and take her for an ice cream so she could talk about her feelings. We of course refused, but as the Irish CPS has a horrific reputation for removing kids whose parents don't toe the line, we were deeply uneasy about all of it. We left Ireland shortly after that, returning to South Africa, where the govt does NOT trans your kids. We found out that she had been groomed online, on her phone on tiktok and other social media, lovebombed by ADULT groomers like Fuzzz99, Jacob Tobia and Jeffrey Marsh (If you think you might be trans, YOU ARE TRANS! Cut off any family that doesn't affirm the REAL you... etc). She begged for blockers and T, which we refused. We did the pronouns and the name change but were very firm that hormones etc were NOT on the table. Natural puberty hit like a freight train. She started wearing push up bras for the breasts she used to tell us she wanted amputated, nails, hair, make up became super NB. Noticing boys, falling in love with her body. She's now the MOST FEMME creature imaginable, has a long term boyfriend, is fantasising about the names she wants to call the children she told us she was never going to want. Of the 14 trans kids in the support group we joined in 2022, only ONE is still "trans" and he's a super femme, super autistic "aromantic" and "asexual" gay boy. One of the other girls now has a deep voice and facial hair and is furious at her parents for puttin her on the T she begged for - that she had said she would khs without. We have been through absolute hell. But thank the Goddess I trusted my instincts and KNEW MY CHILD. It was a trend, a gaslighting cult, an inhuman attack on the family. We were told we were bigots for daring to question any of it. Affirm, affirm, affirm was the only avenue allowed. The mothers have their voices back now and we are NOT GOING TO SHUT UP ANY LONGER.

Father Brendan McGuire used to be a Silicon Valley technology executive. Now he’s hearing their confessions. Today, the Irish-born pastor of St. Simon Catholic Parish in Los Altos, California, is helping to shape the moral conscience of the artificial intelligence industry. Earlier this year, he was among the faith leaders invited by Anthropic, the AI company behind the chatbot Claude, to advise on the creation of an ethical framework to govern how the AI system handles complex moral questions.  “I came from the industry,” Father McGuire told OSV News. “My heart’s never left it, but my heart is really with the Lord.” “I’ve always felt my role was to bridge those two worlds together,” he said. In an interview at the Vatican after the promulgation of Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, Father McGuire underlined the urgency of the pope’s message. “What I’m most worried about is us as humanity not taking this moment seriously,” he said. “If we stay silent and just be passive, then this could go very wrong for us.” osvnews.com/meet-the-silic…

The audacity here is actually off the charts. Return is a “Not-for-profit” funded by the public. They made €100m in year one. This money stays on their balance sheet. It doesn’t go back to the State. But €100m isn’t enough. They wanted tax exemptions too. So using your money they hired a Fine Gael councillor to go and lobby his Fine Gael colleague who was Minister for State. Both the councillor & Minister also paid entirely by you. Throughout this chain of events Not a single extra euro in value was generated for the State. No innovation, No entrepreneurship Just leeching & looting of the taxpayer. Does anyone care ???
Nick Delehanty 🇮🇪@Nick_Delehanty

Re-Turn is the scam that keeps on scamming. Fine Gael councillor was hired by Re-Turn to lobby a Fine Gael Minister to remove 23% VAT on the unclaimed bottles!! The councillor previously worked for the PR company Teneo whose client is ReTurn. ReTurn is sitting on €100m after just one year but they’re still not happy. They wanted tax exemptions on top. A humiliation gravy train.

What’s the ‘philosophy’ that Europe needs to succeed into the future, a place truly worth spending the short span of a human life in? A place where people once again want to have children, build families, and by doing so make the ultimate long-term investment in our shared tomorrow. One can read the great philosophers and their counsel for what makes for a life well lived. One can be a follower of the Christian Gospels. One can fully embrace the Nicene Creed. I would certainly recommend them all. Here, in my view, are some of the key ingredients in the recipe for that success: Work hard at whatever your work is. If you don’t yet have work, take any honest job that is moral and does not destroy your soul. Make commitments. Don’t endlessly defer them. Risk rejection, and when you are rejected, as you sometimes will be, simply try again. If at all possible, get married and don’t delay having children. Nothing in this world is more important than children. They are our future. Build a family. Create your own legacy, your own traditions, your own cultural treasures, drawn from the generations that came before you and passed on to those who will follow. Don’t wait for everything to be perfect, because it never will be. Get comfortable with striving, with imperfection, and even with the possibility of failure. That is the human condition. Promote and encourage beauty wherever you can. Seek harmony with nature where possible, and practise humility before God and the great lessons of human history. Choose love, not lust. Lust destroys. Love serves, heals, and brings forth the most bountiful fruits. Take risks, for yourself, for others, and for a mission greater than yourself that might improve the world we live in and the one we hope to leave behind. Defend truth and justice, most especially when it costs you or puts you at risk. Defend all human life and the inherent dignity of every human soul. Be chivalrous. Practise good manners and be polite wherever possible. In this way we truly see and honour the dignity in others, answering the call to serve, and at times to sacrifice, even in the smallest and seemingly insignificant ways. Lift others up with a word of support, guidance, or honest praise whenever you can. Never be afraid to correct error and encourage a better path when you are certain there is one. Fight for what is good and worth saving. Try to forgive. Forgiveness is the liberation of the soul. Pride is the door that bars the way to it. Above all, remain humble. There is always someone wiser, more experienced, or further along the path than you are. This is the spirit that can renew Europe, not through grand schemes or ideologies, but through the quiet, courageous choices of ordinary men and women who decide to live fully, love deeply, and invest in the future through their children and their example.

Finally, someone is saying it out loud: “The United Nations General Assembly should vote on removing the Russians from the Security Council. Russia is a pariah state and should be treated that way” - by @RepDonBacon IMPORTANT CONTEXT: Russia isn’t even legally entitled to the UN Security Council seat it occupies today. Technically, it was the USSR - not Russia - that was one of the founding members of the United Nations. And while Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union at the time, it separately participated in the founding of the UN and independently signed the still-active UN Charter in 1945. When the Soviet Union collapsed, Russia simply replaced the USSR’s nameplate at the UN Security Council. There was no mandatory procedure, no vote by the UN General Assembly or the Security Council, and no formal approval by UN member states. For comparison, when the People’s Republic of China replaced the Republic of China as China’s representative at the UN, the General Assembly adopted Resolution 2758 to officially recognize the PRC as the legitimate representative of China. Russia went through no such process. In other words, Russia’s presence on the UN Security Council is one of the greatest frauds in the history of international diplomacy. It inherited one of the world’s most powerful diplomatic positions without the legal procedures that would normally be required. Everyone should know that. @MelnykAndrij @UKRinUN @ChrisHayovyshyn

Here is a man so thrilled with his score of three that he’s printed it on a poster, framed it, and presumably hung it above the fireplace next to the stuffed marlin. Three cognitive tests passed. Obama: nil. Biden: nil. Donald: a glorious hat-trick. Take that, libs. Except this is rather like boasting that the DVLA keeps writing to you. Nobody on Earth is more chuffed about their three passed exams than the chap who hasn’t quite worked out why he keeps being sent to sit them. You don’t get marched in for a dementia test three times in a single year because you’re sharp as a tack and a delight at dinner parties. You get marched in because the people around you have started quietly relocating the car keys and pretending the remote is lost. It’s precisely what happens to grandad. One morning he reverses the Rover through next door’s hedge, and by teatime the family has booked him a cosy little chat with the doctor about whether he should really still hold a licence. And there are only ever two outcomes here. Either they ask you to come in and prove you’re still all there, or they don’t bother asking, because nobody’s the least bit worried. Obama and Biden got the second one. Donald got asked three times. And there he stands, beaming, brandishing the certificate, gloriously incapable of grasping that the trophy he’s waving about is, in fact, the diagnosis.
Harry Sisson@harryjsisson

Trump is now bragging over doctors being so concerned with his cognitive decline that he was given 3 dementia tests in a year and Obama/Biden were given 0. Not the brag you think it is, Donald!
