IndiGo is now refusing to refund d cancelled ticket amount, even though the error originated from d Embassy & was accepted multiple times during travel. I request immediate intervention from @DGCAIndia & @airsewa_MoCA to ensure justice and refund. @IndiGo6E addres grievance asp

Importantly: • The SAME visa was accepted earlier during travel from Dhaka to Srinagar • The SAME typo was again accepted later for travel from Delhi to Dhaka Despite this, the Srinagar official cancelled ticket & forced to book a new one (PNR: WB32RG) causing financial loss

While traveling from Srinagar to Dhaka, ticket (PNR: SYJPNG) cancelled by airline officials due to a minor typo in visa where ‘W’ in passport number was printed as ‘A’ by the Embassy.

Worst nightmare happened with my sister while traveling from Srinagar to Dhaka through @IndiGo6E on 03/04/2026. A minor typo error on visa resulted in the mental harassment and financial loss. Unauthorized ticket cancelation & issuance of new ticket resulted a loss of Rs. 25600

@IndiGo6E We urge @IndiGo6E to refund unauthorized flight cancellation amount and provide the compensation for the inconvenience, mental stress and mismanagement we faced in last 2 days. This is unbearable and the indigo person must be held accountable for this mismanagement.
