@BarclaysUKHelp I have tried to call the help line yesterday, after being on hold for over half an hour , the line went dead...today after numerous attempts I actually got to speak to an advisor after a twenty minute hold....then was cut off whilst she was dealing with my query....

22/01/2013 quit after 30 years of smoking , walk and talk was near impossible, the cold crippled my 🫁,chronic lung disease diagnosed, I thought my life was over. Jan 2024 Cadair Berwyn North Top, such an exhilarating hike ! #makesmokinghistory
