interesting that even in desktop AI Mode answers Google is citing mobile subdomain of Yelp (m .yelp .com)
and that mobile subdomain is one of the most cited domain in AI Mode per @promptwatch data

Noticing a lot of mis citations like on desktop Google is citing URLs of Yelp mobile pages which are on m .yelp .com subdomain of course it redirects to the desktop version as Yelp detects user is on desktop but bit weird from Google side to cite mobile version of URL in answers when user is using AI Mode on desktop #SEO

Google(.)com started to get cited more in the AI Overviews answers

looks like google self citations are up in feb nothing crazy changing in ai overviews last month e-commerce sites are getting fewer citations, most likely because google is rolling out more of its own shopping functionality
