@lufthansa bags lost Tuesday for whole plane because the cargo door wouldn’t open. Flights missed. Still no bags 4 days later. Your tech has been down. You’re falling apart along with the other airlines. We’ve had to buy all new clothes to replace. You can’t provide answers!
