@bigmonkeong haven’t seen the film but the case for the book is definitely the latter! but i also think there is legitimately no remotely ethical way to make a live action adaptation of it and that may be the main issue people have with the film

@Charlesaf3 @justsmbdyithink fair! it’s also been a while since i was a barista, so i don’t actually know if CC still trains all the baristas. another big factor is how busy it is—a lot of baristas sacrifice quality of the espresso shot just to make it faster if there’s a backlog of coffee orders
