Bears 2026 schedule has the 2nd best net rest differential since 2002. That’s the cumulative sum of a team's rest advantage or disadvantage in days compared to their opponents throughout a season. While Bears play some short weeks, so do their opponents. And they play no teams coming off a bye weeks. The projected SOS may be difficult, but the rest advantage, 3rd lowest travel miles & 9 home games should help. The bye week is also in Week 10, which is better than the two previous seasons (Weeks 5 & 7). Team with later bye weeks tend to do better in the playoffs.
