West Bengal PWD already on ground for restoration works as BJP plans to move state secretariat back to iconic British-era Writers' Building in Kolkata's BBD Bag from Nabanna in Howrah. The 18-storied building in Howrah was built by Left Front govt for a proposed garments' park.
