Bo and I co-founded Dragonfly 1+ year before we hired you to join us. The firm was not at 0, we led plenty of great deals.
We both had solid prior track records as well. We led investments into many well-known crypto companies (and Bo dozens of Chinese unicorns) back when you were "playing" poker.

Among projects that reached some pmf (>10m in tvl or >1m/mo in fees), those that launched a token were +50% more likely to die compared to those that didn't launch a token

I will be absolutely amazed if $SEA launches with an FDV of less than $2b.
They raised >$400m in capital throughout 2021 and 2022. Do you really think these investors don’t want to make a decent ROI (subject to tokenomics of course) 4 years down the line?
I’m sure the team have a good idea about the range of FDV $SEA will launch at.
I will happily admit being wrong if this turns out to be inaccurate, but I’m very confident the token will launch at a >2b FDV, even in this terrible market.

Why do you think this is rare? OpenAI famously has had massive turnover after the launch of ChatGPT.
You also don't know if they left or were let go. Between foundation and labs, Monad likely has ~100 employees or more (I don't actually know, just guessing). Senior departures, especially after having been at a company that was created in 2022 (that's 4 year tenure) is actually super common in Silicon Valley. If anything, 5 year+ tenure is pretty rare.
