State of my booked seat on @AvantiWestCoast 10:23 am train today from London Euston to Manchester Piccadly. Angry as my trousers are wet as i didnt notice the soaked up seat before sitting and i have a meeting in 1 hour. Highly unfortunate and unprofessional. @nationalrailenq

@AvantiWestCoast @nationalrailenq I do understand its because of the aircon, but not every seat is wet. This is a considerable leakage which shouldn’t go unnoticed. I dont care what your staff does or not, bht the fact is that my day is ruined already.
