@NBN_Australia just wasted 30mins on hold to my internet provider just to be told there is a QLD outage that nbn is yet to acknowledge. It's come back now, but we need better communication! If i check nbn outages using the nbn site, it should instantly show if theres an issue!

@binge_help hi team. I signed up & im kinda disappointed. Theres a good selection of things to watch but the user interface is clunky & jarring compared to other services I use. I would at least need play-speed setting to continue with you in the future. Any chance of this? 😊

@swanny246 @NianticHelp Okay, i think I've figured it out. It's not the first 3 for the event period, but the first 3 ever incubated with the widget. So stupid.

@NianticHelp @psliv94 Same issue here. Incubated a 10km and two 12km eggs with the widget active, and it didn’t apply the right bonus. Contacted support with the right info and was given this very non-helpful reply.

Hi @NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp I put 7km eggs on using the Widget and only got ½ hatching distance not ¼. Please help.

@Dangermoon7 @NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp I did use the widget to open the egg screen and incubate them. The feature just seems to be broken

@psliv94 @NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp I think you have to open the egg screen via the widget. Otherwise the game do not recognise it. But when it will count 1/4 of 1/2. 12km=1.5km. Niantic had a look at Blizzard and the Diablo IV math for this feature 😂
