@shrinkhalak_ We already have the traffic. We just don't have the roads. Cutting the tax doesn't create congestion ,the elite already did that. All it does is let ordinary people finally afford to exist in their own city.

@twtfornothing @jsauhard Have you seen roads are like at 8-10 am and 4-6 pm. Ringroad isnt even the problem, smaller roads are very congested. Maybe introducing some yearly municipal tax for Kathmandu might work.
