In one incident, a woman shared that her 55-year-old father and younger brother were traveling from Hadapsar, Pune to Jhansi on Train No. 01923. The train was already late by 3.5 hours at departure and ultimately reached almost 9 hours late. In an era of advanced technology, shouldn’t such massive delays be better managed—and passengers given some form of accountability or relief?
