About to switch over to @UPS . I'm sure Fedex won't care. We're just a drop in the bucket to them. Ugh. Frustration.

The boxes don't leave our warehouse like this... and I can't get anyone on the phone who will use ANY COMMON SENSE, to see that they are VERY CLEARLY mishandling our shipments! The worst part is that we've had to eat the cost of every single box they've damaged so far!

Been doing business with @FedEx for almost a decade now and have spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars with them. But this year, they keep damaging our boxes, and even though we insure every box, they keep denying our claims even though we are providing photo evidence.

It’s the worst when customers treat you like your time isn’t valuable, making you do a bunch of work and then disappearing. As if we have nothing better to do.

Everything is finally set up. Thinking I'll add 2 more sound panels and probably put up a shelf or two for cool figures I've acquired over the years. Also whole setup is wired for the rising desk so no more dangling cables and I can use the new walking treadmill I picked up.

Made a ton of Apex Legends panels this week for @ImperialHal

One of my composer goals is to get @psy_acoustics to design my studio (by having them put Final Fantasy panels everywhere).

Hey good news. @psy_acoustics panels hold up against a cat trying to climb it and rip it off the wall. It's damaged but imma do my best to fix it.

@CtrlAltDelrith Yes, we’ve personally done those “tests” ourselves here at the “lab” (aka home) ;)

We’ve just added addressable LEDs as a backlighting option in addition to our standard static lighting. What’s the difference you ask?

@bennjordan It's just a matter of time before they sell knock off medical equipment.
