The Egypt game was enough evidence for me that refs were going to give Argentina AT LEAST 50.1% of calls. They called the game like they simple couldn’t afford to make even the slightest mistake at Argentina’s expense.

Meanwhile, Argentina are set to receive automatic qualification for the 2030 World Cup after hosting just one opening match.
Somehow, whenever Messi and Argentina are involved, football’s rules suddenly become extremely flexible. What a coincidence.

By the same öogic one can say the Prestianni-law was only used against South American nations, but let’s not go there because it ruins the agenda.
This mistaken identity rule is a pure misconception by FIFA because of lack of clarity, which will be corrected now.
